Our Return Policy

We hope you love your Korman piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, you’re welcome to return items under $1,000 for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items over $1,000 are eligible for exchange or store credit within that same 10-day window.

If you’d prefer an exchange, we’re happy to help you find something you love.

  • If the new item is of equal value, we’ll make an even exchange.

  • If it’s less, we’ll issue the difference as store credit.

A few things to keep in mind:
We’re unable to accept returns on items that have been sized, engraved, altered, or damaged, or any item that was noted as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Before sending anything back, feel free to call us at 512-451-9292. We’re always happy to talk through your options and help however we can.

Returned items must include original packaging, documentation, and receipts, and be in their original, unworn condition. Used items may only be returned if they are defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a checkout error on kormanjewelhouse.com.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Holiday extension: Online purchases made in December may be returned through January 1st.

 


 

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA#)
Email celebrate@kormanatx.com to request a return authorization number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of your return package.
Returns without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. RA#s expire after 10 business days.

Step 2: Pack & Ship Your Item
Include your merchandise, original packaging, receipt, and a printed copy of your RA# email confirmation.

We recommend insuring your return for its full retail value.

  • For items under $500, you may use any carrier.

  • For items over $500, please use USPS Registered Mail, as UPS and FedEx typically do not insure fine jewelry over this amount.

Korman is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Step 3: Review & Processing
Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item. Returns that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing required packaging or documentation will not be accepted.
