Appraisals
Conducted by a GIA Graduate Master Gemologist, appraisals are performed on-site, whether it’s a generational heirloom or a piece you purchased from us decades ago. We provide formal evaluations for insurance, estate, or personal documentation purposes, completing the appraisal process within two weeks. $150 for a single item, $90 for each additional.
Fine Jewelry Repair
Inside our world-class facility, our in-house master jewelers handle everything from resizing and re-setting stones to re-tipping prongs, repairing chains, and restoring vintage heirlooms. Every piece is treated with precision, care, and respect for its unique story. Whether you need a simple repair or want to reimagine a piece entirely, our team is here to bring it back to life or transform it into something new through our custom design services.
Watch Service
Our state-of-the-art Rolex Service Center houses certified Rolex watchmakers who provide exceptional care and precision. Our services include, but are not limited to: battery replacement, bracelet sizing, ultrasonic cleaning, movement regulation, crystal replacement or refinishing, gasket and pressure testing, polishing, crown and stem replacement, and complete overhauls. We use genuine replacement parts for our luxury timepiece partners including Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Breitling, and more.
Jewelry Cleaning
Nothing beats that fresh-from-The-Jewel-House sparkle. We recommend professional cleanings every 6 months to keep your jewelry looking its best. With industry-leading tools and equipment on-site, we give each piece the care it deserves. And the best part? We've got you covered, this service is complimentary every day.
